RETURN POLICY

At Dealdisha Enterprise Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for return, products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by original invoice or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return request:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear images (if product is damaged/defective)

  4. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

4. EXCHANGES

If exchange is requested and approved:

  • Replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide product images and Order ID

After verification, we will provide:

  • Full refund, OR

  • Replacement at no additional cost

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories (for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons) may be marked as non-returnable on the product page. Such items will not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
