REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through https://decollection.in/ (“Platform”), owned and operated by Dealdisha Enterprise Private Limited.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled only before the order is shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

How to Cancel

To request cancellation:

  • Email: dealdishaen@gmail.com

  • Provide: Order ID and registered mobile/email

  • Request must be made before dispatch confirmation

If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed as per Section 3 below.


2. RETURNS

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be undamaged

  • Original packaging, tags, labels intact

  • Invoice must be available

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at dealdishaen@gmail.com

  2. Mention Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach product images (if damaged/defective)

  4. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. REFUNDS

Refund Processing Timeline (TAT)

Once a return or cancellation is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. EXCHANGES

If exchange is approved:

  • Replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear product images

  • Mention Order ID

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Full refund, OR

  • Replacement at no additional cost


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or promotional reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


7. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refund timelines are 3–5 business days from approval.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Repeated misuse of return policy may result in account restriction.

  • Dealdisha reserves the right to decline return/refund if policy conditions are not met.
